- Sorry, non-smoking unit and no pets are allowed.
- Minimum stay 1 week.
- Rental rates are based on occupancy by four persons. There is a $10 per night charge for each additional person. The maximum occupancy is four persons including children and infants (strictly enforced).
- 10% discount after four continuous weeks.
- All rates are subject to 11.5% Florida sales tax.
- A $400 security deposit is required to confirm a reservation. The security deposit will be returned within 45-60 days after departure, less damages, phone charges, extra cleaning or extra linen charges.
- A 60 day cancellation notice is required prior to the arrival date to ensure refund of security deposit.
- Total rental charges must be received 30 days prior to check-in.
- Renters are responsible for full payment of rental period reserved.
- All payments must be made in US funds by bank or personal check, money order, travelers check, wire transfer, or cash. Sorry, we do not accept credit cards.
- Rates and tax are subject to change.
- Check-in time is 3:00 p.m. and check-out time is 10:00 a.m.
- All persons under 21 years of age must be accompanied by an adult (parent or legal guardian).
- Management reserves the right to assign another unit if necessary.
- Boat trailers, cargo trailers, mobile homes, R.V.'s, campers, commercial trucks, and motorcycles are not permitted on the property.
